Copyright and Takedown Policy
WASticker respects intellectual-property and personality rights. If you believe a file, preview, label, or page infringes your rights, send a clear notice to [email protected]. This process is a practical review route and is not presented as a statutory procedure for an unconfirmed jurisdiction.
Information required
- Your name and a reliable contact method.
- The exact WASticker URL or file path at issue.
- A description of the protected work, mark, likeness, or other right.
- Where an authorized example can be reviewed.
- Your relationship to the rightsholder or authority to act.
- The action requested and a good-faith explanation.
Do not send passwords, private chat exports, or unnecessary identity documents.
Review process
WASticker may acknowledge the request, preserve relevant records, compare the identified material, request clarification, restrict access temporarily, remove or replace a file, correct metadata, or decline an unsupported request. Affected links and catalog mappings are checked so a removal does not silently point users to unrelated content.
Counter-information and mistakes
If material was restricted because of an incomplete or mistaken notice, an affected contributor or rightsholder may provide sources, licence information, or other context to the same address. Reinstatement is not automatic and depends on the available evidence and applicable obligations.
Site-owned material
WASticker's original site copy, catalog organization, interface, and code may not be copied wholesale or presented as another service. Limited quotation or linking may be permissible under applicable rules; no broader licence is implied.
